Can you take my dog - I need to re-home him?

We are at capacity, but please feel free to email us and tell us about your situation, and we can put you on the wait list. 

I want to adopt one of the sanctuary dogs, what is the process?

Please reach out via email, and we will set up a meet and greet.  If you decide you are interested in adopting, you will be given an application to fill out.  

I want to volunteer - is that possible?

Yes, we would love to have your help.  Please reach out via email; we would love to connect with you!

Do you need foster homes?

Yes, absolutely!  We take care of the cost of food, and medical; you just have to love and care for the pup while in your home.  Please reach out via email if you are interested in fostering.

​Dog Cabin Ranch Sanctuary was born from the Dog Cabin Resort in Gunnison, Colorado.  It is dedicated to providing a peaceful forever home for dogs with nowhere else to go. Officially established as a nonprofit in 2021, we relocated to 15 serene acres in Southwest Arkansas to offer the ideal environment for long-term care. Our sanctuary is a testament to our commitment to giving every dog a chance at a happy life.

At Dog Cabin Ranch Sanctuary, we believe every dog deserves a place to belong. Some have been abandoned, forgotten, or have never truly known the comfort of a loving home. Here, they find safety, compassion, and the chance to simply be dogs again.

We do everything we can to make our sanctuary feel like home—not a shelter.  A place where wagging tails, soft beds, patient hearts, and second chances come together.
